Once you receive a written document from the unclaimed financial institution stating that they
attempted to match your account via SSN, and/or Drivers License, but were unsuccessful in getting your lost money, you must
fax a copy of the document to (714)908-8107 to receive a 100% refund of your lost money processing fee.
For identification purposes, write your email address in the upper right hand corner of the
unclaimed funds refund document before faxing.
